Frances Tay - Project Coordinator

Frances is co-founder of Living Imprint. She has been self-employed as a business
development consultant since 2005. Prior to that, she worked in the private, corporate and
non-profit sectors in various roles. Previous posts held include senior manager of the education
and training department in a NGO, general manager in a manufacturing plant and editor of a
lifestyle and entertainment magazine. She is also a published author of a training guide for
employers of domestic workers. She was educated at Australian National University where she
gained a bachelor of Economics degree and completed a masters degree in Social
Development at the University of Reading, where she received the Edoardo Virone Prize for
academic excellence. She has received a grant to pursue a PhD in History at the University of
Manchester. For this project, Frances was engaged in coordination, archiving and research, as
well as supplementary photography and co-produced the documentary 'Surviving History' and
the educational video 'what Would You Do?'
